Stop by our downtown Cincinnati gallery to see the display we’ve put together of framed serigraphs by Cincinnati’s own Edie Harper. In addition to the framed prints, we stock a variety of unframed prints, representing about 30 years of Edie’s artistic output.
The wife of famed Cincinnati artist Charley Harper, and the mother of Brett Harper, Edie is a talented artist in her own right. Earlier this year, her mid-century Modern, yet whimsical work was celebrated in a special exhibit during 20th Century Cincinnati, a nationally lauded annual retrospective of the forward-looking design trends introduced between WWI and the Computer Age. Before that, she was featured in Graphic Content at the Contemporary Arts Center and in Minimal Realism at the Cincinnati Art Museum.
We’ve previously featured some of Edie’s biblical serigraphs, so here is a sampling of some of her other limited-edition prints.
